Bed Bath N' Table Tracking Order Status

Went in to BBT Harbourtown to buy new bed linen .. covers etc .. midway through sorting some duna covers the server (who was about to order a queen size doona cover for me ) asked if she could go serve some customers!!, shop was busy & I’d already waited to be served … headed to Sheridan shop where I found knowledgeable staff & excellent service.. and left with $600 worth of bedding…

Wish I read reviews before buying online. Very long wait time and was disappointed when online said no stock in stores but then found the product in store and had already bought online and paid for a long wait postage that I have not received the item. I request a cancel and refund before product even was dispatched but the week or so later reply was told can not proceed.

The worst company i have dealt with. I ordered sheets to the value if $299 and it was sent to another address with the same road name miles away ( it had been correctly addressed so lord knows why the courier didn’t pick up on this.) Queue trying to phone them. No customer service phone number! just a very very slow email response (when they finally replied they said aren’t going to locate the parcel. ) P!ss poor.

Bed bath n table have terrible linen, bought $120 sheets(on special 40% off) and stitching came out on first wash!, bought their Morgan n Finch doona cover in rust "leaves" first wash buttonhole stitching came out, couldn't put the buttons back in as the holes were now too big. Took sheets n ack to bed bath n table, got the third degree" did u follow washing instructions properly" etc, so disappointed with the staff attitude, I didn't end up taking the doona cover back ($139 on special 40% off!) As couldn't be bothered with the rude staff....so now an easy fix..I JUST WONT EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! So many other better products and companies to buy from.

I would like to mention the best customer service that I received from Alison at bed bath n table at fashion spree Liverpool. She was very helpful when I panicked and realised my bed cover was too small. Her calm demeanour and professionalism was resolved with no issues. Very happy customer. 100 percent customer service. 😊
