Bed Bath & Beyond Tracking Order Status

I bought a refurbished Sony center channel speaker and paid less than half of the new retail price. The speaker arrived in pristine condition and worked perfectly. Very pleased.

Horrible customer service at Bed Bath and Beyond. I ordered a 7-drawer dresser based on the description, picture and dimensions. What was delivered to my front door was a 9-drawer dresser that was much wider and shorter than what I ordered, the only thing that was close to what I had ordered was the color. This piece would not even fit into the same where I wanted to put it. When I did get to speak with a costomer service person they looked up the online description and agreed that the description and picture were incorrect, their error. I started a return almost 3 weeks ago but still have 1) heard nothing about a return pick up (this thing is so large it is a two-person lift) 2) not received a credit to my credit card. When I call in again to check on the status, I have a 179-minute wait to speak to someone. Completely abysmal service. In the meantime, I have this huge dresser sitting on my front porch for 3 weeks now. It would be nice if they could execute a return! Still waiting.

This is what happens when stores can't keep up with the amount of thefts from people who don't deserve to live in a functioning society AND bismal sales!
