Beautopia Tracking Order Status

I ordered my straighteners and they were with me within 3 days! I spoke to a lady originally who told me they wouldn't be sent out for 4/5 days so nearly a week before I received them. I called back and I spoke to a wonderful lady called Victoria who immediately understood my dilemma of frizzy hair as my GHD's had broken and was on it immediately. This most definitely will not be the last time I order from this company. Absolutely excellent customer service - Victoria you were awesome :)

More than 5 STARS ..Apart from the usual quality products and delivery, the customer service was outstanding, they not only answered my query in a timely manner, they followed up, actioned and then asked if my query was resolved!!! Kudos to Michelle in your customer service department!

What an amazing experience buying from Beautopia this week. The lovely young girl that works in there has the best customer service I think I’ve ever come across. She was so helpful, so accommodating to my lack of knowledge about the products & explained everything to me in detail & nothing was a bother. As a business owner I would be very happy to have her on board & represent my business, we need more lovely people like her. Thank you so much & I highly recommend this beauty wholesaler. Ordered Olivia Garden Ceramic + Ion Thermal Box Set × 1... advertised and pictured as a boxed set. I received 4 individual brushes all packed separately and NO box. Contacted re getting a refund, they responded that the box doesn't come with the set! I would have to order again and request it! No refunds even though the packaging has NOT been opened or tampered with, NO offer to send a box. Disregarded many emails. FALSE ADVERTISING VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

my parcel was 2 weeks over due & no further activity since it arrived at Aus Post depot. As soon as Beautopia realized my parcel was damaged, they arranged the replacement straight away & kept me in the loop. Thank you for the great service. Its very much appreciated
