I love the height of the boot. What needs serious improvement is the inside and bottom of the boot. My feet are soaked and the lining shifts. When I contacted the company, I was told that the boot was not intended for prolong water exposure, yet they are called "winter boots" and are supposed to be "waterproof!" This is not acceptable for a boot that's a year old and cost $100+!

Bearpaws. They came already waterproofed with a re-enforced toe (!) They have zippers, and the soles pull out for best drying. They have more cushion and are softer. At half the price, of that "other" brand, which doesn't come close to matching up. Super happy The qualities a New England winter needs- Thank you Bearpaw :)

Don’t get me wrong, bearpaw slippers are dynamite! I Love ‘em! But the way they handled my last purchase left a bad taste! I purchased a pair of Moc 2 for my husband from Amazon, for Christmas and I received 2 left feet. I complained to bearpaw and they told me to start a return with Amazon, which I already did. But that’s it. Now I know the brand packaging is done at a bearpaw facility. So that means the 2 lefty’s were done by one of there people! I have to wait till Feb 2023 to get my purchase! What a Joke!!!!

I saw this brand on my neighbor & loved them(hers were 6 years old). So I bought 3 pairs of BEARPAW BOOTS(I loved hers!),1 black pair of short ones that I got on sale at Wal-Mart for $14 & 2 tall pairs in black& hickory that I got on ShowShowMega for $32. They are real suede with real sherpa fur lining & treated with "Never Wet". One pair has real substantial tread, the other 2 not much tread but I've never not had good traction in them in the snow or on ice. They are small at first but stretch out so get ur true size & I like to wear them barefooted,they keep your feet totally warm even in 17°! I am on my 2nd winter & they still look brand new. These boots are as good if not better than UGGs. They're well made, real everything,warm,&comfortable! I've had lots of boots but these are the best ones ever. Get lots of compliments.
