Bought directly, dealt with Natasha. Super fast despatch, unfortunately there was a slight problem with our order. Emailed Bath Shack immediately and received a very quick response within the allotted timeframe from Delphine. The problem was sorted, item was replaced and delivered within a few days. We are extremely happy with our Hudson Reed sink Cabinet. Delivery personnel on both occasions were pleasant and friendly. We found the whole experience very pleasant and straightforward. We would definitely buy again and recommend Bath Shack.

Having bought a new build home I had to kit it out with bathrooms and tiles etc but I had been dreading this minefield as things have changed so much since I had last had to do this. so I ended off using BathShack in Antrim and I’m so glad I did. While there was so much choice available it’s not much use if you don’t know what and why you should choose something over something else while at the same time having a budget to work to. As I had so many different items to get I was in their showroom several times and had spoken to many of the staff who were all extremely helpful and mannerly but mainly I dealt with Abbey and Marty who amazed me by how knowledgeable they were with their products but more importantly was the fact they only tried to sell me what was right for me and not how much they could sell which I thought was so refreshing as they were so genuine with it and the main thing every customer hopes for and this made my experience a lot more enjoyable “something I didn’t think was possible.” Ironically I even bought some items that I had originally book marked to buy down the line at different stores as well. As I own a retail business myself I know how difficult and important it can be to get the right staff but BathShack should be extremely proud of the staff they have in Antrim and that much I do know. **Update** After this review, Bath Shack customer service contacted me about these issues. As I have already had the wet room screen and basin unit fitted (and I did not want to redo the work to replace them), they offered me a refund of 300€. hence the update and new star review. ** I ordered my entire bathroom (more than 4500euros of goods) at Bath shack Dublin last December. I am really disappointed by the quality of their product and their custom made vanity units. Here is a summary of the different issues that I had with Bath Shack: - Took me 2 weeks to have someone on the phone to pay, they then took payment without even asking for a delivery address - They "forgot" to send me my invoice - Sent me a text message less than 36h before the date of delivery (Impossible to reschedule) - Delivery person did not even ring my doorbell, Dumped everything on the sidewalk, under the rain (even the adhesive).. the porch was 1m away... - 1 month to exchange one of the products - Hudson framed wet room screen had the black frame eased or faded in some part - 1500euros "custom" made vanity unit + double basin is a joke: - waste couldn't not be fitted because of the 2 top drawers were not fitted with U bend - On the left unit, the back right insert/screw is broken (unit had to be secured with extra bracket) - Left hand side is flush with drawer unit - Right hand side is 5mm too long and stick out from the drawer unit - Basin has a dent Customer service is not helpful AT ALL. They always say they will call back with a solution and they never do. For the vanity unit, they sent me the U bent for the drawer to fit myself.. (cut the drawer etc.) What a disgrace. Still waiting an answer for the other issues. This has been ongoing for 6 months, I'm surprised they have managed to stay in business. I do NOT recommend Bath shack, do yourself a favour and go anywhere else!
