Bath & Body Works Tracking Order Status

Today while checkingout at the store the app erased all my rewards. I had to call customer service who could see the codes on their end but it took forever to get in touch with a representative. Eventhough i got the codes from the rep they were so long. I was told that they couldn't type them in the register due to the length. Tyler however, made the checkout process so easy. She was kind,patient and knew exactly what to do. She totally understood my situation and did a great job at accommodating me. A big thanks to her for her assistance and doing her best to get me out the store in a timely manner, after my lengthy chat with customer service.

If I could give bath& body works 10 stars I would. I am a huge bath& body works customer, love love! Love all of their products. I've read a couple of the reviews on the site and I noticed a lot was said about their customer service. I have really nothing but good things to say about their customer service. They rank up there with some my top business with customer service. As far as A+ I've never had an issue. I've had packages that have been destroyed on my doorstep and they have immediately no questions asked replaced my products that were damaged. No charge. All the bath& body works. Stores that I went into are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. I have nothing but great things to say about bath& body works!

I hate admit this, but I’m addicted!! Straight up!! I have a closet and bathroom FULL of this stuff!!! I have literally got to have every scent! At least the scents that I love! And if I REALLY love them, then I buy a few of them! My man tries to tell me that I have enough. What does he know?!?! 😂 I buy him stuff too!!! Lol The stuff smells sooooo good!!! The shimmer products are my fav!!! And then the mousse lotions! My little granddaughter loves when I do her hair and then spray the strawberry glitter onto her hair and then her arms. It’s really cute! The only thing I am not liking is how some of their new scents smell exactly like older ones! Who does that??? Yes shipping can take awhile. I might usually get them within a week. That’s not too bad! Besides VC, this is my go to store for Sprays, lotions, perfumes and body wash, I love everything about them!!

I have had great customer service from ordering online and a damaged issue that came in my box. I chatted with someone named Bryan and he was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. I would say that the company needs to work on shipment quality better in terms of packaging especially since they charge like $8 for shipping! But overall I'm happy with the product and it has always brought me nostalgia. I do wish they brought back some scents from the 90's! lol

I was prepared to give a rave review. But now that it's being reported you are following in Bud light, Kholes, Target foot prints in the muck and mire ILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. GO WOKE, GO BROKE!
