In store are amazing in the Watford branch such great service. Online let’s the stores down, delivery is terrible there is a lack of communication for when parcel will arrive. No tracking on click and collect orders, for such lavish items you expect better

first time ordering and was gobsmacked that you charge delivery when spending over £150 most companies i order from provide free delivery if you spend over £70

Orders place general arrive within 2 days although it’s supposed to be 7 days. Then again you pay £6.99 for standard delivery charge. Parcel arrived well presented and wrapped up. Only downside is you have to pay for returns shipping too.
