Amazing site. Hope they stay in business.

I’ve been buying from Hit for years now and always been very happy with their service and prices. Their customer service is great and they’re the exact type of company I like to support compared to Amazon or other big chains. Recently their website is down and after emailing their CS it seems they’re reorganising and hoping to open again in the future. This is such a shame and the exact reason why small businesses need to be supported by consumers. As a small business owner myself I can relate to the struggles of competing with bigger companies. I hope that Hit comes back soon and I will continue to support them when buying games. All the best to the team!

just got this: The website is currently down as we have ceased to trade. The business is being reorganised and they do hope to be back at some point. I'm sorry, I cannot provide any further information at present.

Same here, a great site for games not overly priced. The 404 not found page is worrying as it would be a shame to lose a company like this with great service.

I've bought several games through these guys, both as Hit and prior to that as Base, and they've always had the best prices and - usually - delivered on time. When I tried to go on there today though to make another pre-order, I get a '404 Not Found' message... does this mean they've gone out of business, or is it just a temporary tech problem? Really hope it's the latter, because I've got a bunch of pre-orders queued up with them! :-(
