Jane the travel consultant was great on 2nd July when we booked. Very patient showing us all our options . She was very pleasant and chatty. More than I can say for the other consultant called Nicola. When we went in to get our tickets printed on 4th July we were called to her desk, then she never said a word for what seemed an age until she said that's them printed & went to collect from printer. No interaction or pleasantries except for a few words. Needs to brush up her customer service skills. Even my husband commented on her demeanor. Sadly let's this branch down I'd say. Another travel lady called Maureen is great and so so pleasant when we have previously booked. Let's hope we don't get the sour faced one again.

The travel agent chantelle kept in touch with me and sent me lots of options and when i rang she explained them for me made choosing are family holiday so much easier

Our travel agent Vicky was professional throughout our process patiently finding us a second holiday this year with our Daughter partner and Grandaughter. Communication was first rate and we feel excited as our week in Mallorca grows closer. Definitely recommend as a first class travel agent.

After an online chat with Darren to ask questions about a holiday I was interested in. I had all my questions answered clearly. Darren phoned me and I booked the holiday with him, Darren was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
