Barker Shoes Tracking Order Status

Don’t take more than 2 weeks to dispatch the order. And don’t use DHL as the courier. Their tracking system is a joke and they left £250 boots in an unsecure place and lied by saying they had been signed for when they definitely weren’t signed for.

Returned by much loved suede paddock boots to be refurbished. Boots have come back as good as new. Service is impeccable. Thank you.

Used the refurbishment service - Took a while, but exactly as they said and they came back in great shape, new heels and soles - with new laces, new cloth, new shoe horn and in a new box. Wonderful bonus!

I pre ordered these beauts and got the size wrong 🤭. The lovely people at Barker soon remedied this and when they arrived they had kept their word that they had sorted issue. The boots themselves are the perfect quality I've come to expect from Barker. The light weight soles are a delight to walk on and keep the weight down very well without losing the comfort and quality. Overall another win for Barker. Love them 😍
