Barker and Stonehouse Tracking Order Status

Jamie and Peter delivered and installed our large sofa & chair today. They kept us informed of the time they could arrive and allowed us to make the best option that suited us I was impressed at how careful they were with our property and belongings and how efficient they were at unpacking and putting our new furniture in place. They ensured that we were totally happy before they left and took care to take all the rubbish away with them. The certainly went the extra mile.

This is a good company that sells reasonably price products. They are always helpful when you visit them in store. What lets them down is the insurance they knowingly sell to you with a 5 year no quibbles guarantee and they know that if you ever come to claim, you will be denied a repair or replacement with some spurious reason. Its a shame they knowingly align themselves with a terrible insurance company.

I dealt with David Broadhead at the Leeds branch, and my wife and I gave him the nickname 'Dave the ledge'. Super helpful, and rather than telling you what you want, he really tries to understand what style you're going for, which products match / fit, and gently guides you to decide on the right style & furniture. We've already bought 2 sets of 6 chairs, and will be returning for more furniture when the time is right.

Had my sofa delivered today 19/5/23. The 2 delivery men (Michael A & Simon W) were very polite and friendly. They took off their shoes without asking when placing the sofa in my living room as they knew I had just had my carpet laid. They both took their time in getting the sofa into the room safely without causing any damage to the sofa or the walls etc.Due to the power cut, they was unable to test the electrical motor for the recliner, but advised they would let customer services know should there be an issue. Overall a great experience.

Excellent delivery service from Paul C. & Munro. They called ahead to give us notice. Arrived on time. Delivered and assembled solidly and swiftly our swinging basket chair in our rear garden with a big smile. We are very satisfied! Thank you si much for the great service.
