BariatricPal Tracking Order Status

Scam of a business! Not transparent with shipping fees. They show a ridiculous shipping fee, then state that “Courier” is asking for additional fee to process shipment!!! Honestly scam-y and disgusting business!! Never ordering again and would not recommend anyone to order from them

DO NOT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR SHIPPING COSTS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY REDICULOUS! FOR ONE 30 COUNT OF VITAMINS THEIR SHIPPING CHARGE IS BASICALLY ANOTHER 30 COUNT BOTTLE. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST ICING ON THE CAKE!

This shipment looks counterfeit and they said it's a "different label" I'll reach out to the company that they are supposed to be from. While on the phone I Iet them know that often there are botttles I have to throw away because they can't be opened. They told me I would have to pay to return them at my own expense. Im over this site , never again

Do not order from this company. The items I received were very poor quality. Possibly counterfeit. I ordered bars from them that I have had many times before. The bars tasted nothing like the ones I had in the past. Customer service is telling me I need to pay for the shipment for the return. Very unfriendly service that obviously does not care about the quality of their products.

Reading all these bad reviews I got kind of worried after I ordered, but everything went perfectly fine. The shipping was really fast and everything came undamaged. I did not have to return anything so I cannot say anything about the return process. Maybe i was just lucky, i don’t know but my experience with them was great.
