Ordered a dolls house for my daughter, she lives it great products good delivery

The toy was ten pounds cheaper on this site than elsewhere. Shipping was quick. Happy with everything.

Ordered for a grandson’s 7th birthday. Brilliant gift. He absolutely loves it. It was delivered on time

Ordered a wooden kitchen for my granddaughter's birthday, courier collected on the Tuesday and it was dropped off at my local depot on the Friday morning at 7.02am. Phoned bargain max the following Monday evening to be told ohh it’s not moved, we will phone the company and find out what’s happened. (Didnt happen) Long story short, managed to track down delivery company to be told I might get it on the Friday (a whole week) or more likely the Monday. 2 weeks from order. Ended up doing a 50 MILE round trip to collect it myself. Customer service - ohh glad you’ve got it now, hope your next experience with us is better. Hmm nope won’t be a next time

Ordered from Bargain Max many times and they're always brilliant! My only issue is I wouldn't say they have "bargains" as for example all the dolls are the same price elsewhere (Monster High, Rainbow High, Barbie) NOT cheaper and with the title 'bargain' you'd assume they'd be cheaper. The odd item here and there are but not many and they don't really add new ones often which is a shame however I love the fact they accept clearpay and have free delivery and they dispatch extremely fast and the items are packaged well. So I'd give them a 1 star for "bargains" based on what I buy but a 5 for prompt dispatch, no problems with delivery and packaging is great!
