bareMinerals UK Tracking Order Status

Very quick response with excellent information/advice

It's been extremely frustrating waiting for the BareMinerals website to re-launch in order for me to use my discount voucher. However, to cut a very long story short, Shaf (Customer Services team member) has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I really cannot praise him highly enough. He's an asset to BareMinerals and has actually restored my faith in the company. I was ready "to walk" and to take my custom elsewhere. However, because of Shaf's commitment to "right" things as it were, I will continue to purchase my make up from BareMinerals (as I have been doing so for at least 20 years). The only "gripe" I have is that they continually discontinue lines without prior notice and suggesting an alternative shade. Thanks again Shaf ☺

Excellent customer service. Very proactive and willing to go the extra mile to help and support their clients. Have been a bareMinerals customer since 2014 and I have never looked back ever since! My teen daughter is now also using bareMinerals products. Skincare and makeup range are all I ever looked in a product. The customer service made it an overall better experience!

Reliable I really appreciated the support I received when some products didn't suit my skin concerns. I feel encouraged to come back to the brand for future purchases.

I ordered a pot of the loose face powder, and when it arrived it was looser than I would've liked; I opened it and the pot came apart and the whole lot fell out! Not anyone's fault, just one of those things! I emailed customer service asking if I could get a replacement, and they came straight back to me apologising for the issue and letting me know a replacement had been organised. Couldn't be happier with the service and the speed at which they responded. Very happy customer!
