Fast delivery, boots are amazing, my girlfriend is very pleased with them. Great sizing too.

The boots arrived pretty quickly and were lovely, but didn't happen to fit. The return process isn't as simple as it could be, and communications could be handled better; I sent at least one email which never received a response, and the chat feature on the website doesn't give any real idea of how long you might have to wait for a response during working hours. However, overall a reasonable buying experience.

Quick delivery and great pair of boots . The only down side with pleaser and most boots companies they do not give you the calf or top thigh width all the time , which is vital when buying boots to know wether they will fit to tight or to loose !!

The shoes are beautiful I bought 3 pairs thus far trying to get the right fit however, twice I've emailed, messaged and requested support from the team and have not had k d response. I've had to send back 3 pairs of shoes at my own cost therefore. some support would have been really helpful. I don't see the point of giving options to commicate if you're not going to respond.
