Balkan Holidays Tracking Order Status

We have experienced poor service from Jet 2, with delays on 3 out of 4flights this year.

All travel and facilities well done. Friendly and helpful staff.

We booked the same hotel (Festa palace) as last year but the standards had decresed. The evening meal quality had reduced and it was served in a downstairs room which was nowhere near as good as breakfast in the main room. Looked like the staff numbers had reduced as you always had to ask reception for service at the bar

ski school/lessons a joke. From failure of sorting out groups of similar abilities, then to groups of fourteen and more. Instructors refusing to take sessions when people drop out therefore reducing numbers in group. Abilities in groups too mixed due to lack of instructors willing to participate. Some instructors refused to instruct and are merely mountain guides.

Good flight, good hotel, excellent ski instructor. Great value for money skiing holiday. Overall a good experience m
