Bakedin Tracking Order Status

I saw “Baked to taste “ gluten free pies advertised on face book and after trying many makes of gluten free pastries and never finding a decent pie I thought I would give a try .Am I glad I did ,being celiac the choice of pies isn’t great ,after trying their steak and mushroom pie and curry pasty they Will definitely be my go to order in future ! The filling was moist and great large steak pieces lovely and tasty as were the carrot cake which of course I had to try .Still have quiches in the freezer to eat but definitely would recommend this company ,fast free delivery and straight into the freezer thank you all at BAKED TO TASTE for being able to enjoy gluten free pies !

I’ve had subscriptions and ordered multiple times from BakedIn over the past few years. They’ve been excellent all the way; there has never been a single issue to complain about. I’ve loved baking their wonderful cake kits, and I’m truly sorry to hear that they have gone in to liquidation. A sad outcome for the people who founded this company on such a brilliant idea.

The mug cakes are great - I order them regularly as they're the best vegan (plant-based) mug cakes I've found. The reason I've taken a couple of stars off is because BakedIn sent me a free gift with my recent order, and it wasn't vegan, or even vegetarian (they were sweets that had gelatin in them, i.e. animal skin, tendons, ligaments, and bones). Of course I don't have to eat them, but unfortunately there's a lack of understanding about veganism - veganism is about reducing the demand for animal products, so whether or not I eat them, I've still (unwittingly in this case) increased the demand for them, so not eating them doesn't really help. The mug cakes are advertised within the 'plant based baking' section of the website, so my suggestions are to either: 1. Stop sending free gifts 2. Give customers a choice of whether to receive one (or what to receive) 3. Send only vegan free gifts (which would also help with people who follow religions that ban pork or beef).

missed boxes then sent old boxes saying they can't fulfil subscription any more even though I've paid in advance I understand times are hard but they had my money so I should have the products or a partial refund an apology isn't enough whe you have already been paid had no issues before the last couple of months
