Baked by Melissa Tracking Order Status

We ordered boxes of cupcakes for the teachers at each of our childcare centers, and we were assured they'd arrive before Christmas. They did arrive before Christmas, but they all showed up on 12/20 at our corporate office located in a different state, because that was the billing address. Yes, they were given a different address for the shipping address, but they ignored that fact. We called, waited on hold forever, and then they apologized, and promised a new shipment would arrive where it was supposed to by 5 p.m. on 12/21. As of the late afternoon of 12/22, still nothing has arrived. Maybe the order will arrive tomorrow, but that does us no good, because we are closed tomorrow. So much for staff Christmas and thank you gifts for 2022. UPDATE: Now they're lying claiming it's not their fault, because they tried to help us by rerouting an order that was already in transit. Nice try, except the first delivery already happened WHEN THE CUPCAKES SHOWED UP IN THE WRONG STATE! What's happening now is they've screwed up sending us the replacement order to the correct state, that their representative said would arrive by 1:00 p.m. on 12/21/2022, and as of 5:15 p.m. on 12/22/2022 is nowhere to be found.

Good product and timely shipping. Customer service somewhat lacking after the sale. FedEx made a mistake and delivered to the wrong address, and tracking is not possible except through the shipper, who has not been responsive, still, even after 72 hours. Fortunately for me, the recipient was honest and brought package to the correct location! Otherwise the fresh baked goods would not be too fresh!
