Backpacker Deals Tracking Order Status

We have booked two tours with backpacker deals and have no complaints. Clear communication in emails and excellent cash back incentive! Our second tour was cancelled by the provider due to weather conditions and the refund process by backpacker deals couldn’t have been more easy and efficient! Our refund was processed and received back in my bank within 48hrs! Thanks to Marion and the whole team on for a great service.

I booked a ticket with Backpacker Deals a month ago and yesterday I encountered some rent work on the same day as the booking I made. So I reached out to the team to amend the booking date and they helped me change the dates quickly. I sent them an email overnight and by early morning it was done. We booked a crab crawl island, seafood buffet cruise and due to maintenance issues with the ferry our trip was cancelled.
