Back Market DE Tracking Order Status

In a nutshell, I ordered a late 2018 Mac Mini i7 on BackMarket.com. I received an i5. The included packing slip and sticker on the Mac Mini said i5. I thought I might have been scammed. I plugged it in, turned it on and saw that it was, in fact, an i7. It was in excellent condition, actually better than stated in the listing.

This is my second transaction with Back Market. In both instances, the goods came promptly and in very good order. The 4 cell phones I bought from them are performing very well and more above the expectations one has when buying second hand cell phone. I like it tht they refurbish it so well so that we get very satisfactory quality goods .

No issues at all. Website is great to navigate, not trying to confuse me with irrelevant listings when I search specifically for an item. When I found the right phone(s), the Seller was prompt to send them out. Delivery wasn't the best, but not anyone's fault but FedEx's. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would do this again.

I ordered a refurbished MacBook Air 13.3in in very good condition for around $700. I was very skeptical at first but I’m so happy with my purchase. It functions perfectly and it looks brand new. I don’t see any scratches/dents or anything on it. Keyboard, speakers and charger work great.
