BackJoy Tracking Order Status

I liked the original seat better. This new one is huge. The hump in the middle hits the bottom, inside of my leg and is somewhat uncomfortable when driving. It is so WIDE that it makes it difficult to get the seatbelt in. Wish you would go back to the smaller, original one.

I can’t remember when I bought my first Backjoy. I saw an infomercial on TV and thought it worth trying. It succeeded in improving my lower back. I’ve nearly worn out that first one and have purchased 2 others and then this latest one. I keep one in the car, at the cabin and elsewhere where I use them. You have an excellent product!

I bought one last year and it really helped my hips and legs in my travels, so I bought another one to leave at my other residence. I received the seat quickly and in good condition. Would highly recommend it for anyone with lower back issues.
