BaByliss Tracking Order Status

BIG HAIR PETITE I like the concept and the result but becareful. I got my hair trapped in it the first time I used it as I wasn't used to the buttons and I burnt the side of my head. I had a couple of blisters the size of pickled onions. :-(

One part of my multi part hair trimmer stopped working. Phoned the helpline and explained the problem. Replacement part arrived the next day.

I bought Babyliss gas tongs about 18 months ago. At the weekend they just stopped igniting so I sent an email to customer service not to ask for a new one but to ask if they had encountered this problem and how to remedy it. The upshot is that 3 days later they are going to send me a replacement with an extended warranty. How about that for fantastic Customer Service. Well done Babyliss. Update: my tongs have arrived today, the morning after Babyliss said they would replace them. I am still amazed by their Customer Service. Why can’t all companies be like this??

I bought Babyliss Travel Dry 2000 Hairdryer (5344BU) to replace my old one. No problems with the hairdryer but just to let folks know that they no longer include the handy hairdryer zip up travel case .... so hold on to yours if you have one. Just the hairdryer on its own with one nozzle.
