Baby Bunting Tracking Order Status

Purchased items twice online. Both times delivery person were very aggressive with loud banging and shouting super early in the morning - one on a weekend as well. Quite distressing that early in the morning when we only have a small apartment and a simple knock can easily be heard. The knocking was so loud it prompted our neighbours to check what was going on and thought there was some type of emergency when they were meant to be sleeping still. Not good. I know delivery is beyond their control but overall, the delivery really put me off from purchasing from them again.

Quick and efficient click and collect service

I regularly shop in Midland Baby Bunting store and have had no way to compliment the service I receive, I would like to say the staffs in the Midland shop are very wonderful, once again I love service I receive and how supportive of my concerns I have about my children are met with compassion and care and genuine friendly nature, I always look for Di she is the most compassionate and genuine shop assistant I have ever come across in any retail environment. This shop is so clean and easy to navigate, and always so helpful. my praise and endearing thankyou to Di she should be openly recognised for her amazing attributes she shows in her employment.

My experience was good at Loganholme Baby Bunting, very nice ladies, helpful and good products.

We are proud grandparents of a little baby girl 11 months. We were in the market to buy a pram, so we can keep it with us for when she comes to stay. We chose to go to Bentleigh Baby Bunting as this was the second visit to this store. We originally chose this store as I was told that the level of customer service is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products! A welcoming experience by a lovely young lady Sarah greeted us with a smile. She assured me that her area of expertise is prams! We bought the UPPABABY CRUZ V2. We were also Greeted by another lovely lady MJ who reassured us that we were choosing a wonderful, and most comfortable very durable pram for our gorgeous granddaughter ❤️ It has exceeded our expectations!
