BabyBjorn UK Tracking Order Status

Contrairement aux autres avis, j’ai reçu ma commande très rapidement (une semaine pour être exacte). De plus, je m’étais trompée dans le code postal de ma livraison, le service client n’a malheureusement pas pu me venir en aide mais m’a répondu rapidement. J’ai pu faire livrer mon coli dans un point relais après avoir reçu un mail du transporteur. (PostNord SE au départ puis remis à Chronopost une fois en France)

I have recently bought Baby Bjorn mini carrier through Amazon for my second kid who is almost two months old. Such an amazing quality! You can see the product has been tested on actual babies, unlike most baby carriers out there which are bulky and difficult to use. With Baby Bjorn mini carrier it is possible to do small chores around the house as my kid is comfortable and happy in it. It is really a great help. Wish I bought it sooner!

Amazing product and really impressed with the delivery service. Was very quick and they go to decent lengths to ensure the item is delivered to you as oppose to left somewhere unsafe. Will certainly use again.

Nice products but not so helpful customer service. Accidentally ordered two of the same product to UK and asked for help on returning spare product (e.g. their preferred delivery partner, how to address vat questions) but they did not respond with any advice. Would not recommend anyone to order directly from them when there are much better retailers out there.

I ordered the plate set from BabyBjorn and it took quite some time for my order to be updated, once i wrote to them they were very fast on replying emails, usually next day. There were some problems with DPD and after 3 weeks my orders didnt arrive, they were returned to sender ( i guess i am DPD doomed 😂). I managed to find the same products on amazon and they were delivered within two days. The sets are amazing, the quality as well. Havent been able to try yet but they look wonderful. I also got a refund within 5 days. They were more expensive than a lot of other products you can find in the UK but i believe when it comes to whats best for the babies it is worth it.
