AWD IT Tracking Order Status

Got my new pc broken. Just heavy gpu could not make it due transportation. Should be fixed in case some how. Not just few bobble bags

Had only one problem which was with the tracking but I don't think that would be there fault to be fair and everything else has been great so far

My PC arrived right on time and packed all securely. Really happy that they provided all the component boxes as many do not Upon turning the PC on ran into a few issues, the WiFi was not working, and my additional HDD was not showing up. I emailed them for support and it was answered within a few days which was great, it required a few back and forth so took a week to solplve completely. The WiFi was a simple fix of installing the driver they hadn't which is fair enough! However the HDD was due to a cable not being installed at all. It wasn't connected up to the MOBO. I know about computers but not everything but didnt want to touch without their confirmation due to the warranty. It was a simple fix it turned out but simple enough it probably shouldn't have been missed really, especially given the price of the build. All in excellent customer service and build was great! Just a small error on quality checking the build but everything working flawlessly now. Would recommend
