Aw Bridal Tracking Order Status

Ok so the pros: the quality is actually pretty good. The fabric has a nice feel. The custom sizing was done perfectly. The MASSIVE cons: 1) they have their address as California, USA. They are in China. Everything is made and sent from China. This isn’t necessarily a big deal except for one thing; 2) the sizing. It’s a mess. I got a custom size for one dress, so thankfully that was fine, but wanted another for a backup and bought a ready to ship one (meaning they don’t make it to order like the others on offer). RtS is a fraction of the price, and now I know why. I wear a US 8 or 10. Using the measurements in the sizing chart, that equates to an AW 14. But when it got to me I couldn’t even zip it up. I would need probably an 18 in their size to fit me. So the chart is bogus and their sizing is too. However, the colors are beautiful and the fabric is nice. You get a pretty dress for 100 bucks and since it’s for one day that’s not so bad. Just whatever you do, get a custom size with your exact measurements. They do it for free, and it’s the only way you are getting the right size.

The dress I received didn't really match the color or quality shown in the image. While trying to return the dress, AW Bridal offered me $40 at first and said that shipping it back to "the China factory" would take a long time and cost a large shipping fee. I responded that I would take the $40 compensation and mentioned that they should update their site to reflect the long and expensive refund process. At that point, they said they didn't want me to leave a bad review and would give me a full refund. When I accepted, they responded that they wanted me to take down my bad review before giving me a refund. I've updated this review to just give other customers a sneak peek into the refund process. I'll update back if I receive the full refund. **Update: I received my full refund in a timely matter. I would still be wary of the quality of the dresses, I can only speak to the one I got but it wasn't quite the color and quality I expected.

I love working with AW Bridal! They're great to communicate with. I'm a wedding photographer, and I've seen a lot of wedding gowns at all different budgets. Usually, gowns at lower budgets feel flimsy and cheap. I can honestly say that I've been very impressed with the quality of every AW Bridal dress I've photographed. If you're a bride on a budget but still wanting a gorgeous gown, I'd definitely recommend AW Bridal!

My dress is SO beautiful! I have the Aw Cirrus Dress and it’s a total dream come true dress! I’m 5ft 8” and often struggle to find gowns long enough but this gown is perfect and floats beautifully. Check the size chart carefully as it is a firm fit! I feel like a princess, adore my dress!
