Avocado Green Mattress Tracking Order Status

Bought 2 mattress toppers and a few pillows and the quality is great. Took a bit long to ship

I purchased an Eco Organic Kids mattress from Avocado and received in on August 23rd. The mattress is a combo spring and foam mattress. The item arrived rolled up tightly in a spiral, like most foam mattresses are shipped. I unrolled the mattress and let it settle into shape for a week prior to putting it on the bed frame. When I placed it on the bed frame I noticed a large buckle across the top of the mattress. After pressing, laying, stretching, the lump would not recede at all. We have no other options but to let my child sleep on this mattress with a huge lump in it. And after 2 weeks of her sleeping on it, the buckling is still the same. I have tried to return the mattress but Avocado has stated it can't be returned until after the 30 day waiting period. It's a faulty product. Why do I have to wait to fulfill their lazy policy? Any other FAULTY product would be returnable, no questions asked. The product stinks, and the customer service isn't any better.

Loved this mattress when we purchased it 3 yrs ago. We rotated it per their instructions, but buyer beware! After 3yrs sagging on one side of queen mattress. They still want you to meet certain requirements and you must wait for their determination. After 3yrs no mattress should have an issue, especially this highly rated mattress. Would not recommend or buy again.

We are very satisfied with our purchase. The mattress is exactly what we had hoped for. Have been sleeping very well for the last month. Zero complaints other than the edges could be a bit stiffer but nothing that's a problem

The Avocado mattress is great and lives up to my expectations. Delivery problems did occur but Jami, Bianca, and Sundeep made things right. Wonderful product; wonderful people!! What more could you ask?!!
