Aviator Nation Tracking Order Status

Like the design. Having bought two sets of joggers and matching sweatshirts. they wear terribly in a short space of time. Very poor quality.

I purchased from AN the first time several months ago (a hoodie for my wife). This specific product had quality issues (seam at front pocket came off within a week) which of course was highly disappointing, and I pointed that out in the review I wrote. AN then contacted me, I emailed a picture of the hoodie, and AN sent a new hoodie as replacement within a few days. This one definitely met the high quality expectations one would have for a pricey product. After many wash cycles, it holds up well and my wife is very happy about it. I was very impressed with how AN handled that situation, and I ordered several other items for my wife since then. (She always asks me to order for her because she ends up with “decision fatigue”). :-) She loves the softness and various designs of her sweatpants and hoodies, and none of the items has any quality issues. Today, I initiated a return of a just delivered item because my wife wanted a different color than originally ordered. The online process was very smooth and streamlined which made the exchange quite simple. Again, I am impressed with AN’s level of customer service especially since nowadays a lot of other companies seem to have abandoned their efforts in this area.

I love this company's products. I don't understand the bad reviews. Yes they are pricy, but they embody 70's style and are soft. I guess I haven't needed customer service?

I have ordered from AN a nunnery of times with good success. The products are fun and good quality although very overpriced. The price is not my complaint as I order well knowing they are expensive. What is appalling is the lack of customer service and ridiculous shipping time. almost 2 weeks and it took over a week before they even labeled it for shipping so no blame can be placed in their shipper. No explanation or apology from them either. Don’t order if you need it anytime soon!

Aviator Nation has some of the most comfortable, stylish and rad clothes! The only problem is they need more of them, expand guys!
