Aston Villa Tracking Order Status

Visited villa store first time plenty of staff didn't fell welcome wasn't asked if we needed any help, when we asked a question it was yes or no wasn't abit helpful then walked away then had to find another member of staff.come on villa training is needed in customer service .

I ordered items from website and had an issue with the address as i have recently moved house, on calling customer service i spoke to a very polite and helpful young lady Caitlyn Knott who went above and beyond to help resolve my problem. Many Thanks.

I brought a few items and they turned up damaged after numerous about of emails and being asked for the same details which I provided each time I got fed up and phoned customer service and spoke to somebody called Shane who was lovely and within a few minutes had my order re sent out great customer service

Trying to return an item but the portal dosent work online,ive sent an email to customer services still not heard back yet? Why is it so hard to sort out minor things its embarrassing really as a fan and does put you off buying anything from this store,it seems to of gone downhill as i remember years ago when it was based in villa Village it was a pleasure to shop there and no hassle to fans with returns etc,i for one unfortunately won't be purchasing anymore items its too stressful in case I need to return plus the sizing is way off,there's no way on this earth that I'm a 3XL I'm a UK 14-16 not a size 22! Honestly wish villa would sort the shop out its very dissapointing to say the least.

I'm disappointed that after being charged £4.99 delivery they are then charging £1.99 handling fee and i will have to pay over the odds for any returns if i need too. Turns out to be an expensive experience.
