Avail Tracking Order Status

Its literally a ISH show! 1st-website has more bugs than the NYC Subway. 2nd-their web chat is a bot that only has about 5 pre-program messages. Never a real person. 3rd-They create every obstacle possible to sharing a vehicle on their platform. WTH! 4th-There are NO solutions to any problem that come up in the process of sharing a car. No follows up, No resolution. The only good thing about that company is they have really nice Customer Service Reps that answers the phone and speak with you, but unfortunately, they have no ability to resolve any issue as well.

Beware of this company. I left my car with Avail Car Sharing to be rented and I now my vehicle has multiple, huge scratches and a broken sound system. Upon picking up my car from Avail, their staff confirmed that the fixes were not there beforehand and it would be covered by their insurance company, Allstate. Fast forward months later and I have been told that those issues were present before leaving my car with them, which is absolutely false. I've provided proof of before and after images/videos. Additionally, I've requested a tax form to their support team via both phone and email that I have yet to receive. I was told "I need to receive this information from leadership and they are not responding". Please beware of making the same mistake I did in trusting this company.
