This is my third computer that I bought from AVADirect. The first computer was purchased back in February 2008, the next one was in May 2014 and the last one in April 2023. I like the ability to customize everything and AVADirect really delivers in this area, especially when it comes to air cooling for CPUs. The only "ding" I will give them is when the case was end of life, they didn't pull it from their website, so I had to go back and forth to find another case after I placed my order. The video card I wanted was also out of stock, so I had to get a different one. I think the next time I will send them an e-mail and ask if everything is in stock before submitting an order. Granted, they have many items on their website and they are sourced from a 3rd party supplier, so it may be nearly impossible to verify in stock status on all items.
