Auxbeam Tracking Order Status

Bought a light bar and it appeared to be good quality. Haven't installed it yet because I've been trying to get missing brackets. The only way to communicate with Auxbeam is via email. They are in China and response times are next day at best. Originally I was told I had not ordered the right configuration but there is only one. After they found out i knew that, they wanted to pay for the bracket. I actually did that out of frustration hoping that would expedite what should have come with the original package. Bad assumption! After waiting and waiting, i asked for a tracking number. They eventually responded with a "tracking number" for a Chinese shipper. When I was able to get the right website, naturally the tracking number was invalid. Went through this cycle of getting a new tracking number 2 more times. It became very apparent that i was being lied to, no other way to say it. I finally filed a complaint with Amex and 2-3 weeks later received an anonymous packet with brackets that are crap. Still don't know if the product even works Wish i could rate them a zero! Buyer beware!

2004 Dodge Durango The lights are great! But only when they work. Ordered off eBay and so I had to wait the minimum 3 weeks for delivery. Finally got them and tested by hooking up to a power supply and they worked great with immediate response from the Lotus bluetooth app. The app even had more options than the other app I tested another set of lights. But when I hooked them up to my vehicle, one side stopped responding. Use the app to turn them off and one side stays on. Turn on the gradual *color choice*,one flashes full speed while the other flashes at the speed it's adjusted to. Go back to solid colors and the one is still flashing while the other is controlled. Normally I'd be looking at connectivity issues or even app design. But the colors are not as clear as they show in pics. Orange is Red and you can see streaks of green and other colors. Green is blue and a flash of red with only a sliver of actual green. Basically, it's like looking at a piechart with the various colors. The other issue I have is you don't know which way is supposed to be up or down. I put them in the way I received them and they didn't look right. Took me awhile to figure out that they are upside down. Well, the connector can't be turned 180° and the wire weight puts too much strain on the headlights if they get turned around. Be prepared to do some custom glue work and hope they are right side up. Otherwise, bad day. If they could meld the colors better or add a diffuser that would blend the colors better than I'm sure these would be an amazing set of lights for those who live a bit more thrifty. The brights and low beams are solid and definitely better than the stock lights I was previously using. I give 3 stars because even tho they are a bit of a trick to get the RGB working, they are cheaper than a brand new set of halogen bulbs. They would be perfect for someone who wants cheap led lights, likes entertaining themselves with the various colors and app options and doesn't mind the annoyance of non-syncing RGB. Not recommended for someone who thinks they should work like the sets for hundreds of dollars, or people with temper issues or even people who are trying to redeem/prove their pride in car tech. Super beautiful light! I'm serious I was shocked at the quality of the casing and reflectors look gorgeous! I will update you once I get it mounted and see its brightness and coverage pattern :) So far this is only a review on the build quality until I get it working on my wifes Subaru.

Got these lights on a warranty claim. They are upgraded from my original due to them being discontinued. Messaged Thursday evening on Facebook Messenger. Recieved Monday. Fast shipping and excellent customer service! These are the only lights i will ever put in any of my cars! These went into a 1998 Eddie Bauer Expedition for the fog light bulbs.

Excellent service and the LED light bar is extremely Bright!!! Perfect for trailing and off-roading looks great and went on with no problems. Does not come with any wiring harness FYI but order the recommended one with it works perfect. No complaints Lights up well and just WOW. well put together and I have had no problems with it. Definitely would recommend one of these to anyone looking for lights. no matter the size of the bar.
