I'm extremely happy with the results - the ring looks like new and I'm reassured I can continue wearing it without it breaking. The service was friendly and professional, and Isac stayed in communication with me throughout. The process took about 4 weeks, but I think that might be slightly longer than usual as my ring was a bit of a tricky one.
