Horrible experience. My daughter ordered me a trailer hitch for Father's Day, last June. Paid extra for expedited shipping!! Not only has it not come, but they have not issued a refund. Many attempts made to get the money back and no satisfaction at all. It seems to be that the site is not up or working, which is good, b/c they are terrible at customer service. Would still like a full refund if they ever answer, which i am not hopeful for. Sad

Promise to make it right but NEVER did. Worthless company. Do NOT get ripped off like myself and others have. The handles looked good for a short while then faded because of poor materials. Not TN like they claim. They are a China based company STAY AWAY!!!

Is there a 0 star option?!?!? My fiancé paid about $700 for some stepbars on 3/14/19 we received the bracket kit about maybe 5 days later but thats all that ever shipped out no word on the main bars! Waited a week and he calls they say it needs a specific truck to deliver them to us. Well waited about 2 more weeks with nothing he calls them yet again this time apparently their excuse which ive seen in some of these other reviews elsewhere are they are transitioning from one facility to another. Its complete lies all around well totaling 2 months later we call to cancel well got an email saying our order was cancelled and a refund will be processed on May 7th. So we sent the bracket kit back with the RMA they had given us the product had reached their facility on june 20th at 10:11AM. We figured that would be that they would process it and we get our money back. Nope he called that day and the lady tells him it will take 3-5 business days Well going on day like day 18 July 16th after contacting BBB a bit ago and them responding again with please wait 3-5 days and nothing its day 5 no money no emails being replied to! If you havnt received your product talk to your bank as this is a fraudulent charge they are not responding anymore in any form and are just hoping we go away! Well we are a young family and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people! They are crooks ill be leaving nasty reviews wherever I can about this place!

I ordered something..... they charged my account and then said the product was on back order with no estimated shipping date. Finally I called and cancelled. It’s been months and I still haven’t received my money back. I think this company is fraudulent!

I placed an order on October 6th and only got half of my order on the 13th. I called customer service and after being on hold for a long time, she told me they did not know what happened. I asked her to research it and get back to me, she did do that, but when she called me back she said she had talked to here supervisor and found out for some odd reason that she did not know, the other half of my order was put on another invoice and was supposed to ship out, but that they had no idea when. That is unacceptable. They should be able to get some definitive information and at lease ship overnight to make up for the problem they caused me. I am Not a happy customer at this point at all.
