Autoplicity Tracking Order Status

I ordered a wheel from them that I needed rather quickly for the weekend (4 days). I had a hard time finding one available and am happy they had one available and that the correct part was sent. What I’m unhappy about is that I paid extra for 2 day shipping, and that the wheel arrived in 7 days. 5 business days. That screwed up my weekend plans, and I didn’t know until it was too late to find another option. When I asked for a refund of the 2 day shipping they only refunded me half saying it was the difference in cost. Regular shipping was free.

I bought a Corsa Catback exhaust for my 19 Ram 1500. It was well over 100 sometimes 200 dollars cheaper on Autoplicity than every other site BUT I saw their terrible reviews so needless to say I was skeptical. I read many of the terrible reviews and most were about stock of the item they were buying so I called and asked about their stock and was very blunt with customer advocate about the reviews. She said “she knew” about the reviews but really kind of left it at that. She stated she showed several of my item in a few different warehouses so I figured what the heck. 3 days later it showed up on my door step exactly what I ordered. It’s on the truck already and sounds excellent. I really thought this review was necessary because I don’t think enough people take the time to write one when things go great and in my case it couldn’t have gone better. My advice, call and talk to a CA first before ordering.

This place sucks. Got part number from BMW. Asked if it correct number. Not close. Returns contrary to their claims on website are very difficult and looks like I am out $20 shipping when they goofed. Customer service is a joke. Rude, hard to understand

I had read a bunch of bad reviews about this company but my experience they were great are ordered. They shipped it in a very timely manner. I received it early have no problems at all would highly recommend it. By the way I ordered a boat prop I have no complaints they get a A+.. by the way, my name is Wayne young and I approve this message

Ok so I ordered a pair of new black aftetmarket tail lights for my 2008 Chevy Malibu classic LT (which were priced great but hard as heck to find), and I found they have great deals, big inventory and all.....my only complaint is how long it took just to ship them....which took 4 business days( not including the weekend) and when I called a couple of times, the customer service representatives, both....we're sarcastic, short and very rude to me, the second rep hung up on me while I was trying to ask a question...I wasn't rude, my tone wasn't mean, I was respectful and courteous.....so my customer service experience wasn't good, which is why I only have 4 stars.....other than that....I would still recommend buying from them and may do so again.....just be wary of some of there reps....EDIT: so I have read some other reviews and it seems to be the communication and customer service representatives....those are the probs everyone is having....if they fix that problem....I think things would go a lot more smoothly...also, one reason they have been taking forever to ship, my personal opinion, is they are in canada, the item must go through the border, and not to mention the weather conditions and the way the country is atm....those may part of the problem....
