Autom Tracking Order Status

I ordered product from them based on a referral. I never received my product and when I contacted them by phone I was routed to a rude call center that couldn't help locate my order. Then I contacted by email and when I finally received a response, I was told to contact the carrier myself because apparently they don't care about showing any customer service, taking ownership for lost items, or trying to win back my business. But, as several previous customers have indicated, they blast you with newsletters and promotions even though I have unsubscribed. Bottom line, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE!

I ordered a granite grotto from them in July and I finally received it in September only it wasn't granite it was a cheap, hollow, molded plastic grotto worth about $30 not the $200 I paid for it and when I called to return it I was told they had to get the vender's address so they don't even take care of returns or refunds. Before you buy anything from them make sure it's what you want and not a plastic fake.
