Extra cost to order parts.

Needed rear brake pads for my BMW, however because they aren't in stock in Bundaberg they want $25 shipping to send them to here. Everything you buy there if it's not in stock shipping is extra. So, they must make daily a pile of money just off the shipping, let alone the mark up. Supercheap have ordered the parts in, no cost for shipping.

Helpful Troubleshooters that Deliver

I spent half an hour with Raj at Autobarn Clayton today, working through an aftermarket hands free car kit installed in a car I recently purchased. He was patient, thorough and explained what needed to happen clearly to me. Then he did some googling and fixed the issue for me. Great work. Today I was served by Charles at Autobarn Camberwell. I purchased a Breathalyser for my son who has just got his P plates. Charles was outstanding in his customer service, product knowledge and positive attitude. Autobarn, he is a credit to your organisation and brand.

SLOW to ship, Slow to respond

I ordered batteries for my VW (it has 2). Their website indicated that the batteries were IN STOCK. The response email stated that the batteries would ship the next day. After TWO WEEKS of not getting the batteries or a shipping confirmation, I sent customer service an email. FIVE DAYS LATER, I got a reply, that the batteries were on order and would be shipped when they arrived. THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THEM IN STOCK - They ordered them AFTER I bought them (LIARS). Did they offer a credit or compensation for their obvious fraudulent activities? Of course not. Add another week of transit time and it took over 5 weeks to receive batteries that were supposed to be IN STOCK.
