Audimute Tracking Order Status

Was sent panels that smelled like urine and induced a headache (not all, but some of the panels in my order #400069266, particularly the larger ones). I returned the panels and it took almost 2 weeks for them (after receiving the returns) for Kevin to send a reply to me stating their Quality Control didn't notice anything wrong and that these same panels would be repackaged and sent to another customer. So, not only are they willing to waste my time by shipping these stinky pungent panels to me in the first place, but they also want to waste another customer's time by repackaging and shipping them again? Mind you, I have a point of reference as to how these panels are supposed to smell, because I purchased several of the same a few months prior without issues. The panels I received recently were: NOT ACCEPTABLE. The stench filled my entire studio. And Kevin's response after the fact was simply inappropriate. Why would I need to know that you intend to reship them? Am I liar? Did I make this whole thing up? What do I stand to gain? Goodness. Or perhaps QC doesn't think the scent of urine is an issue for Audimute's products, I don't know. I want nothing to do with this company anymore.
