Audien Hearing Tracking Order Status

I purchased the most expensive Audien hearing aids. In my opinion, they are not really hearing aids, but rather amplifiers. They did nothing for me. The level of soound increased but they did NOT solve my problem with hearing High pitched sounds. As far as I can tell, there is no way to adjust them to make the high-pitched sounds louder without everything getting louder, but they did not solve my problem with high-pitched sounds. So, if your problem can be solved by using an amplifier, they make work for you, but if you have any issues more complex than that, I doubt they will help you. I know this because I have a more expensive pair of hearing aids that do help me much better.

I decided they were too big for my small ear cannal. I returned them on Oct. 22 via USPS. I am waiting for my refund.

Originally a had a problem with one of hearing aids not working. Reached out to the customer service department and they walked me through a few steps. Now I can hear out of both ears. Quality of sounds good and the customer service was fantastic. They followed up to confirm that they are still working.

I have been losing hearing for several years."WHAT" was becoming an important part of my vocabulary. I had seen ads for various devices on TV but Audien's ad caught my eye. I sent an email to get more information. To my surprise I received an answer almost immediately. After getting the information I needed I decided o give their hearing aids a try. Received the package in a few days. Chard them up and started using them. It has been great o hear without "WHAT" being part of he conversation. Thanks Audience Lawrence Degn
