I have a pre-pay plan that works for me. The only way to get any customer service is to go to my store. If you call you will be on the phone for a very long time. My first experience at the ATT store was awful. I purchased a new smart phone, my first one, and the man that waited on me told me that he could not transfer my phone numbers. He also didn't show me anything about the phone. I called the next day and talked to someone else and she told me to come back to the store and she would help me. I went in and she was very nice and helpful. I also talked to the manager of the store and made a complaint about my first experience. If I need anything I always call ahead and make sure that the woman who helped me is there. It seems that there is not a lot of good customer service at a lot of stores these days.

I got there at 10am, there was a man and a woman working, the woman welcomed me but the man said nothing to me even though he walked right by me twice. The woman was friendly and waited on me after she got done putting a screen protector on a customers phone. I was picking up my new phone that I bought on the AT&T website. After we were done she thanked me and told me to have a good day. The man said nothing as I walked past him on the way out. I hate to say this but the 3 times I have been in that store it has been an unpleasant experience. All 3 times it has been different employes working.

In October I switched from Google Fiber to AT&T Uverse internet service for the only reason they were offering me a $300-$400 reward. Well I never received it despite the fact that when I applied for it online they told me it would go to my wallet. When I didn't receive it i went to my local AT&T and a manager told me it was on its way. I never got it. Plus their internet service turned out to be a lot more expensive that they told me. I definitely should have stayed with Google Fiber! I also found out that they have been charging my monthly phone bill with $6.00 for a service I never asked for (earlier phone upgrade). Pay attention, AT&T will rip you off!
