18” Revvi

Good customer service overall but upset as I didn’t open the 18” Revvii for over a month as it was a birthday present and I have just realised you have sent me a 2023 model in May when it shouldn’t been a 2024 so you have sold me a old bike not happy

Returns Charges

Ordered a jacket that was supposed to be in stock. Turn out it wasn't and had to be ordered in. I explained that i was going on a motorcycle trip in 2 weeks and needed the jacket. AT Motocross assured me that they would have it to me before i left for my trip. They did manage to get the item in stock and sent out to me but unfortunately turn up to my address an hour after I left for my trip. Had to return the jacket when I got home as it was no longer needed and ended up costing me just shy of £18 to return it. AT Motocross would not refund the delivery charger. Not the best considering it was their error from the start. All staff friendly and good communication skill, just annoying regarding the return delivery charge.
