ATG Tickets Tracking Order Status

Stephen resolved an issue I had instantly and professionally. He listened, understood and helped me. Whilst on the Pc the graphics of the theatre website disappeared whilst trying to book the show after about 5 to 10 seconds later it reappeared and showed seats available and we booked. The e-tickets came through and we realised that it wasn't for the show we were in. Stephen spoke to his manager and managed to get me changed for the show we wanted. Fantastic customer service agent. Friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you

Phoned up to book some tickets to two different shows at Theatre Royal Brighton. Although the wait time was 10 minutes to get through, once I was through, it was quick and easy… even when I wanted to use my ‘Love Theatre’ vouchers to pay for part of the transaction. The agent was very clear and concise. 10/10 experience ⭐️

I never write reviews but in this instance i felt it important. Steve Lunt in customer service has been an absolute star today. I messed up my own booking by not paying attention to the seating diagram. I emailed customer service and asked if i could change my seats. Steve emailed me back very quickly and rebooked my newly selected seats and reissued my tickets, i had however managed to pick the incorrect seats again! I emailed again and he helped me to pick new seats and reissued my tickets. It was then that i noticed i had selected the wrong showtime! He must of thought i was a complete fool but he helped me to get the right time and the right seats on the right day with the patience of a saint and the good grace not to tell me i was a fool! Customer service how it should be.

My voucher went out of date by a few months following a very stressful time for myself and my wife. Natasha was quick to respond and resolved my issue with compassion, something very rare these days! We are very grateful and will enjoy a much needed trip to the theater.

I called today to make a booking as have vouchers to use, initially phone lines where busy I was given a call back which happened within 30 mins of my initial call. Spoke with Stephen who couldn't have been more helpful answered a few questions I had and arranged my booking very quickly. Thanks so much
