Asus IT Tracking Order Status

I was a big ASUS and RoG fan for years. They've killed off all trust in their brand I used to have. They've repeatedly pushed out BIOS updates that are killing the new AMD 7000 series X3D CPUs. Even the latest updates claim to limit the CPU voltage to 1.30v to prevent it from (litterally) burning the cpu - Plenty of tests with voltmeter proves this is STILL pushing 1.34v, and was previous going to over 1.4v when it was meant to be limited to 1.30v. This is widely considered unstable and has been atributed to many instances of CPUs burning/exploding, and shows their CPU voltage protection just doesn't work. They have since added many caveats that contradict themselves to warrenty agreements with the new BIOS updates designed to correct these issues. They have litterally stated that to get everything working you need to use the newer BIOS (1410), and at the same time state the warrenty will not cover this version and they will not provide support. I have a brand new AMD 7900X3D CPU and an ASUS RoG Strix B650-A motherboard that I cant use due to the risk of it catching fire and ASUS refusing to support their own current generation products. I'm currently sat here with £1800+ worth of hardware that is useless thanks to ASUS releasing unfinished, unworking, untested products. Maybe they'll get things under control and start actually honoring their warrenties for all the damage they've caused in the future, but I won't ever touch these cowboys again.

I bought my Asus laptop 1 year ago from overseas, not in the UK. I sent it for repair about 2 months ago, as I had problem with the audio system and the reboot was very slow. To be honest, when I sent it out and then read the reviews here, I was so nervous my laptop would be damaged, and didn’t expect anything much. After 2-3 weeks, I received back my laptop, and I was surprised. Seems like it had been taken care of really well, it was so clean and wrapped in a proper box. All my problems were fixed, and I waited for a month to write this review to make sure it’s not just a temporary glow up. Til now things are still going okay with my laptop, so I just want to let everybody know they actually provide some good services.

Quality of old Asus notebooks is great! bought a notebook there in about 2010 year, it's still working. amd a4 socket, as i remember. good choice for my grandma - notebook is still working, but slow, just for youtube watch. Thx Asus store, that i bought really good thing.
