I have been shopping at Astley Clarke for their products for a while, as the style and quality are great. I have also had great customer service from them, and their communication is excellent too (always fast responses that actually solve issues, all in a friendly way!).

I have been buying from Astley Clarke for a number of years and have always found the items and service to be exceptional. This time, however, I had an issue with placing my order. I contacted Customer Support and couldn’t have had a swifter response. Thanks to Kelsey for helping me out !

Customer service was brilliant; response to each query was prompt and efficient and made the process of having a much loved bracelet repaired very straightforward.

Have bought from Astley Clarke on numerous occasions. They’re one of my ‘go to’ jewellery brands for myself and for gifts. Unfortunately a bracelet I was gifted 6 years ago broke, they were happy for me to send it to them to see if they could repair it. Whilst it couldn’t be mended, the service was still exceptional. I was contacted by Stephanie within 24 hours of posting the bracelet to them to be told that they couldn’t mend it and it’s been returned to me immediately. 5* customer service.
