Assos Outlet US Tracking Order Status

My experience with Assos has been great. Have owned a pair of Mille shorts for last 5 years (which are still going strong) and decided to treat myself to another pair recently. Through no fault of Assos I had to deal with customer service and their response was extremely good and resolved my issue beyond expectations. Also own jersey and accessories and all have been high quality and durable.

They are great! Best quality bib shorts I have ever seen! Unfortunately one item developed a small tear in the fabric where the stiching starts and I got a full refund no problem what so ever. Love their customer support.

Both my wife and myself have been using Assos products for years. We highly recommend them, and since COVID we have been using also the online shop: highly professional, super efficient and great customer service. We never had an issue (returns included).

Excellent gear but avoid online shopping... Despite several reminders and requests for assistance in returning an item, the company didn't respond at all.

Received my winter jacket parcel and the box was visibly previously opened. I emailed customer service and they told me to feel free to return it for a refund. Last return took about 2 weeks to complete and is subject to their QA assessment of unused items. Seriously Assos?!
