I wanted to update my review for Ashley Black's team. I recently had a problem with the blaster I bought in Fall and they had a wonderful representative named Tanya who deserves all the things! She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She singlehandedly made me feel like a valued customer and prompted me to rewrite my review. Thank you!

Disappointed - the customer service is really bad. I ordered so many products - got the small ones and lotions etc but the main ones that I wanted were not delivered. After so many attempts to reach them it was determined that they would resend them and I agreed to pay for new shipping charges. I would be invoiced - that was 2 weeks ago. I have been dealing with this for a month and a half - seriously. Each time I email them I get a "we will get back to you in 48 hours" - what the heck? Really want to like this and the company but so far.....

I literally cannot live without my fascia blaster. It's been amazing at helping my pain. I accidentally happened upon the site years ago and tried this.

Ashley Black Guru is awesome and helpful in so many ways. I’ve had issues with my knees for years and a few months with the fasciablaster and I felt good as new. Very cool product.
