Armani Beauty Tracking Order Status

My favourite luminous silk foundation is currently on offer at £9 reduction ( I usually buy from selfridges) I decided to set up an account here as the offer of an extra 15% when you register, with a ‘ special code sent on the subscription email’ seemed like a great deal, once I had set up an account and registered for newsletter, I received 2 emails back none of which supplied a discount code, on contacting them via phone the assistant told me it ‘ would probably be sent sometime in the next 5 working days’ now, I’ve never known another company do this, send it days later, I wanted to order my item there and then not wait 5 days ( the code wasn’t sent 5 days later 🙄) I’m still waiting ( well actually I just ordered it from selfridges it took 48 hours to be delivered) I suspect it was just a fob off, because now I’ve opened an account with them I cannot unsubscribe…… waste of time…I didn’t take advantage of the £9 off because the postage charge…. I get free delivery with selfridges so worked out about the same cost, also the reviews on here put me off 😥

Ordered a fragrance since it was on a good sale. Delivered very quickly & came incredibly well packaged in a Giorgio Armani box.

This website is not what people think it is. I placed an order on Wednesdsay the 21st and said that the Delivery would arrive in 3 to 5 days with DPD. I received my order today on Saturday the 24th after 3 days and could not be any happier. It's very clear and simple to place an order and have had no issues. I'm not sure what other people are doing.

I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon and immediately realised I’d selected the wrong perfume (the google ad for the one I wanted went to the page for something that looked identical and I didn’t notice it had a different name - doh). I emailed customer service immediately to let them know, and phoned them on Monday morning. The person who answered was very polite but explained that they can’t change or amend orders so I would have to wait for the order, send it back and wait for a refund - very annoying. I placed the correct order and waited for both to arrive. Then I checked the reviews and panicked, thinking the worst. Would I even get the orders? Would my refund go missing? Well, both orders arrived very quickly (quicker than stated when I ordered). I returned the incorrect order on 15th July and just received my refund (20th July). So I have to say I’m quite impressed. Perhaps Armani beauty is bucking its ideas up. Apart from the frustration of not being able to cancel my incorrect order it was a great experience. They told me they are getting a new system that will allow for order changes soon.

I just received My Gorgio Armani ‘ MyWay’ Perfume and I really love the floral / fruity scent . It stays on for hours and has a nice summer fresh scent Hope to enjoy it for months to come . Bought the 3 oz , so should last. Will be purchasing the refills Extremely happy .
