I bought an Armani watch. Three years later a coil burned out and the movement needed to be replaced. The warranty lasted 2 years. I expect better of a brand like Armani. I spoke to their customer services. They refused any concession on the warranty time limit. Ok. But they spoke with, to my mind, a total lack of concern for their brand or it’s reputation. So that is a product fail and a customer service fail. I will avoid the brand in the future. My score would have been one star apart from the fact that customer services did at least respond…

A mio avviso dovreste solo cambiare la ditta consegne a cui vi appoggiate ( UPS) poiché diventa davvero complicato e impegnativo avere notizie della spedizione.Vi penalizza tanto.Perfetti i capi.Equivalenti alle vostre descrizione.
