ARKET Tracking Order Status

Je suis étonnée des avis négatifs lus ici que je ne remets pas en cause, j'ai peut-être eu de la chance mais je commande beaucoup et très souvent sur le site Arket depuis 5 Ans, et j'effectue aussi pas mal de retours et je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème à déplorer, hormis un délai de remboursement anormalement long en novembre/décembre 2024, et les frais de retour payants mais qui se généralisent et nous responsabilise peut-être un peu aussi dans nos commandes. Je précise qu'à chaque fois que j'ai appelé le service client, j'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de l'échange et l'amabilité de l'interlocuteur.

Really helpful, friendly staff at Covent Garden, who went into the store room to find something that was online but not displayed, bringing out a couple of sizes to try. So I think you'll have a positive experience in store at least.

Took six days to dispatch. Fine for an independent not fine for a segment of the H&M group.

I appreciate the quality of ARKET garments, but I find some policies quite frustrating and counterintuitive. I placed an order two days ago, and it's not even dispatched yet. However, I noticed that the price of one of the items in my order has already dropped. I requested either a price adjustment or the cancellation of the order, as it has not been dispatched yet. Unfortunately, the customer support agent declined both requests. It seems inefficient and unsustainable to proceed with shipping an item that is still in your warehouse, only for me to then initiate a return—requiring additional time, resources, and costs, including return shipping. This approach unnecessarily increases shipping emissions and operational inefficiencies, which could easily be avoided by cancelling the order now or offering a price adjustment. It would demonstrate greater environmental responsibility and better customer service to allow such flexibility, especially when the order has not yet left your facilities

Visited shop this winter and was impressed with Swedish material quality and style, they use cotton and wool in their clothes which is important for me. Than I ordered online my size only because in the shop they run out of that, received in good time. Good I did not rely to reviews here.
