Arizona Grand Resort Tracking Order Status

Don’t stay here!! rooms are in poor condition we arrived with about 4 trash bags sitting in front of our room, staff is rude and uncaring of guest needs. The water park lifeguards act like prison guards, don’t go face first down the kiddie water slide you will be escorted off the property and they will claim horrible and discussing things just to get there way this is not a family friendly place went with my wife and 7 year old daughter and felt very neglected and cold shouldered might have to do with us being a mixed race family. Also don’t expect to get a refund if you want to leave they will have security come say you have two options checkout early or go back to your room. Have video of this treatment will be posting shortly after talking with a discrimination lawyer.
